An experienced professional and consultant in the field of records and information management for 9 years, Melissa brings a heightened sensitivity to the importance of privacy, discretion and thoughtful management of personal and business affairs. Having come from a comfortable home herself, Melissa understands the value and need for “indispensable” personal help. She founded French & Associates on the belief that great personal service comes from the ability to serve as a trusted, resourceful, and thoughtful extension of her clients, and that there is a growing need for a partnership approach that results in life-long, satisfying service relationships. French & Associates has built the concept of Second Self Service^SM, which incorporates the idea that those who can, should employ people who are capable of operating with intelligence and discretion on their behalf to meet daily responsibilities, so that more important work can be accomplished.

Melissa demands the highest level of service from her team, and is meticulous in her screening and hiring processes. All French & Associate staff have full background checks, are college-educated and service trained, and serve under strict confidentiality and service expectation agreements.

Melissa holds a BS in Business Administration from East Carolina University. She is also a member of Zino Society, Seattle Philanthropic Advisors Network, National Association of Professional Organizers and the Seattle Chamber of Commerce.
